Online Advertising Agreement

CANCELLATIONS: The following surcharges will apply
Less than 14 days before campaign start date - 100% surcharge
15 - 30 days before campaign start date - 50% surcharge
More than 30 days before campaign start date - 10% surcharge

D5SB must receive signed acceptance with company stamp 2-3 weeks (depending on production timelines) prior to the campaign start date.

Without this D5SB cannot guarantee that this advertising opportunity will be available to you.

All Online Advertising Products [OAP] and Sponsorships are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be confirmed and guaranteed until this signed and stamped agreement is received by D5SB Content (i.e. client product info) comes from Client, including graphics, text and translations. Relevant content must be given to the D5SB via diskette, CD Rom or email.

The default language for Client's micro site/promo page will be as per the website’s respective language. An additional translation fee of RM 250 per A4 sheet of client product information will apply Content amendments are required to be compiled and e-mailed/faxed to the your D5SB Account AE. The finished product will be amended a maximum number of 2 times, after which a fee of RM500 per amendment will be incurred.

An encoding & streaming fee of RM300 per file (maximum 60 secs/clip) will be charged for all audio or video streaming requirements.
